Persons With Disabilities
Lanai Airport is a single level terminal facility with the ticket counters, security and baggage claim all on the ground level. Passengers with disabilities are able to move through the airport facilities with ease, although prior planning is advisable to ensure a safe and comfortable trip.
Aircraft boarding is from the ground level using portable stairs. Passengers with mobility impairments are provided with boarding lift service, which may be arranged through the airlines.

Accessible Loading and Unloading Zones
Accessible loading and unloading zones are available in front of the terminal for active loading and unloading only. Vehicles may not be left unattended.
Accessible Parking Spaces
Accessible parking spaces are available in the public parking lot for persons with valid placards.
Restrooms
The restrooms in this terminal are fully accessible. Currently, there are no family/unisex restrooms.
Text Telephones (TTYs)
Text telephones for persons who are deaf and hard of hearing are available in the terminal lobby and in the baggage claim area.
Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS)
TRS is available statewide. In Hawaii, you can make a local TRS call by dialing 711.
Motorized Wheelchairs
Each airline will provide information on specific procedures for storage of wheelchairs and wet-cell batteries.
Ground Transportation
There is no public transportation system on the island of Lanai. However, car rentals are available.
Taxi and Limousine Service
Taxicab and chauffeured limousine (pre-arranged) services are available near the Baggage Claim area. Persons using collapsible chairs will be assisted by the drivers.
