Visitor Information

Hilo International Airport offers a Visitor Information Program to assist travelers. The program is staffed from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily. Service counters are located throughout the terminal to assist the traveling public.

There are two (2) VIP counters located at ITO:

  • Interisland Arrivals Counter Next to Baggage Claim D
  • Central Counter Next to Passenger Exit Door between Lobbies 1 and 2

Telephone Assistance

There are courtesy phones located at the counters to reach a Visitor Information Program assistant between 6 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
