Baggage Fees
Transfer rates include up to two standard pieces of luggage and one carry on per person. Golf clubs may count as 1 piece of luggage.

- Additional Luggage (over 2 per person)
- Bicycles (dismantled)
- Heavy Boxes (over 50 lbs.) and Musical Instruments
- Surfboards (6’ or less)
- Trunks
Shuttle Pick Up Locations
Pick up locations are conveniently located on the ground level
- Baggage Claim 11 (adjacent to building next to escalators)
- Between Baggage Claim 17 & International Arrivals (sidewalk)
- Baggage Claim 31 (center median)
Please look for the SpeediShuttle Guest Service Agents. SpeediShuttle signs are located throughout the airport to provide directions to the nearest ticket counter or pick up location.
Wheelchairs
ADA compliant shuttle service is available for persons with wheelchairs. Please see a SpeediShuttle Guest Service Agent for more information. No advance notice required.
