New Badge Fees:

No Fingerprinting Required $10
Fingerprinting Required $60

Badge Renewals Before Expiration Date:

BADGES MAY BE RENEWED UP TO 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION DATE
No Criminal History Record Check Required $10
Criminal History Record Check Required $40 for 1st badge
$10 after 1st, with valid fingerprint

No Badge Renewals After Expiration Date

NEW APPLICATION PROCESS REQUIRED UPON BADGE EXPIRATION

Badge Change Fee (For changes requiring reissuing a new badge)

Lost/Stolen Badge Replacement

Non-refundable fee for all Badges$60

Failure To Return Badges

Non-refundable fee to badge holder’s employer when the
individual fails to return their ID Badge within 90 days of
separation$100
AIRCRAFT OPERATOR EMPLOYEES obtaining Criminal History Record Checks from their employer must provide a letter of certification when renewing badges.
